Tank in competition
For each category, based on the order of entries received, it will be assigned a tank number. Each group participating in the competition must be delivered in a single bag where it will be noted the following: class, gender and if possible variety and grade. Please write this information legibly with a permanent waterproof marker. The participant's name must not be written on the transport bag.
The bag will be opened only by the organizing committee, directed by mr. Jacques Goor. The participant must personally deposit the bag or let them deposit by a third person delegated by the owner. You must ensure that the bag is issued to a member of the organizing committee with the completed registration form.
If you live abroad or far from the place of the competition and want to include your shrimp in the contest but you can’t move them personally, please contact the organizer to find the best solution.
Mr. Jacques Goor, as foreman of the jury, will check that the delivered shrimps correspond to the category marked on the bag.
The organization reserves itself the final decision to reassign the group class. Which can also be recommended by the jury.
For example, a CRS / CBS crossed with TB may not participate as CRS or TB and must be put in the crossover or mutation category.
If the owner or his representative, disagrees with the decision taken by the organization or by the jury, will not be in any way refunded and the group will still be excluded from the competition.
Jury

The names of the judges will not be published in advance to ensure the neutrality of the jurors and to avoid manipulation or bribing. The organizing committee will endeavour an even mixture of national and international jurors.
Method to judge
The evaluation will be conducted on the three best specimens of each group (up to 5 shrimp - minimum 3) by a score (from 0 to 10) that will assess:
1. Color
2. Pattern
3. Size
4. Homogeneity of the group
5. Health and vitality
The group with the highest score (the sum of the score of each evaluation) will be considerate the winner of the category and so forth with the others.
Prizes will be given to the three winners in each category, best in show and the public favorite. Best in show will be voted in the first of each category by all the judges. If there will be parity the organizing committee assess the win.
During the evaluation, which will be held on 24 March 2012, it will be denied the access to visitors and competitors to the air of the championship for a minimum of two hours, to avoid distraction of judges during the evaluation from 9:00 to 11:00, the visitors can vote for the favorite.
